I really need to move, even when I’m sitting I try to shake my legs, stretch my arms and back and have a good posture. Diabetes and heart diseases can come if you spend much time sitting, also you’ll feel your legs numb, swollen and your muscles will be more tense and stressed.

Also I go to the gym three times in the week. But when I study I past a lot of time sitting so I must tried have 30 minutes of walk or physical activity.

Every day I have to study and when I get home I sit on average 6 hours a day.
It is very difficult because I always need to be working on the computer and the time passed very quickly. However it is important to get up two minutes and stretch the body and muscles.

In these days, our lifestyles are different than few years ago, because there is more work sitting, mainly for the using of computers in a lot of kind of jobs.
